GROOM OUTS

For dogs who are professionally groomed every 6 – 12 weeks,
& who have well managed, unmatted coats


 Each groom out includes:  a hydromassaging bath & condition, facial wash, eye & ear clean, fluff dry + groom out,

sanitary trim, underfoot trim, nail trim, leave-in conditioner or coat polish

(& up to a maximum of 5kg)

A ½ hour grooming familiarisation, socialisation & play session.
The best way to introduce a puppy to professional grooming.
includes: eye & ear clean, brush/comb out, nail trim & leave-in conditioner or coat polish
excludes: bath & dry, trimming, styling or stripping

CLIPDOWN RATES & SURCHARGES
For dogs who are infrequently professionally groomed (less than every 6 – 12 weeks)
& who have matted, neglected or overgrown* coats

Each procedure includes: one or more skin massaging baths & conditioning as needed,

facial wash, eye & ear clean, sani trim, underfoot trim, nail trim.

In addition to:

Matting release: wet clipdown, skin massaging bath, fluff dry, finish trim, groom out, leave-in conditioner or coat polish

OR

 Overgrown coats: fluff dry, groom out, rough trim/clipdown, finish trim, groom out, leave-in conditioner or coat polish

PRICING POLICIES

Starting prices are for pets:
used to being professionally groomed on a regular schedule (a MINIMUM of once per season, 4 times per year)
whose coats are well maintained between professional grooms (kept tangle, knot & matt free by regular brushing or combing)

You can reasonably expect to pay more than the starting price for:
Matted, poorly maintained &/or overgrown coats
Pets which are difficult to manage or unco-operative during grooming
Overweight pets
Timid, anxious or nervous pets, who require frequent breaks & may need special handling
These cost more - time, labour &/or product. The costs are passed on to you.

SURCHARGES (OVER & ABOVE starting prices, humane matting release- & humane de-matting charges)

LATE SHOW - later than 20 minutes after the start time of your pet's scheduled appointment slot.

@ £12 & appointment slot may be need to be rescheduled. Payable upon collection or to secure a new appointment slot.

NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION - less than 72 hours/3 days before your pet's appointment slot.

@ £12 + a non-refundable deposit = starting price. Payable in advance to secure a new appointment slot.

LATE COLLECTION (UNARRANGED DOG SITTING) - later than 20 minutes after your pet's scheduled collection time.

Your pet may need to be crated during this time.

@ £5 for the first 15 minutes, then £5 per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Payable upon collection.

DOG SITTING (PRE-ARRANGED) – before or after your pet's appointment slot.

Your pet may need to be crated during this time.

@ £7 per half day or part thereof.

Payable in advance of your pet's appointment slot.
