Grooming is for every dog

dog daze

Dogs groom themselves. Everyday.

For some, this self grooming is adequate.

But most pet dogs need some help.
From humans.

Many dogs benefit from, and some need
-  professional grooming.

To prevent health problems & maintain your dog's welfare even the shortest, smoothest coated pets require basic maintenance  ...
  • Dead and loose coat hair needs to be removed - all year round
  • Nail growth needs to be managed
  • Ears need to be kept hygienic & clean - inside & out
  • Excess hair growth must be dealt with (in places you wouldn't necessarily notice - like underneath it's feet)
  • Sanitary areas need to be kept hygenic & debris free
  • Oral & dental hygiene must be managed

BEFORE to AFTER: a grooming transformation
Bruce Patterson - a chihauhau x shih tzu x poodle - has a high maintenance coat which is expertly maintained with a home grooming routine between his professional grooms every 8 - 10 weeks. Here he is undergoing a transformation with a bath, dry, trim, brush out & coat polish during his visit. His short fluffy trim is to his owner's specification; ideally suited to his lifestyle as a beloved family pet.
